A friend who lives in town took us out to look at prospective neighborhoods and condominium complexes. We happened upon an open house.
Sabrina was the agent at that house. She was immediately kind and gracious, and we felt comfortable and liked her right away. For example, she had an experienced contractor show up at one viewing so that we could ask him questions about how we might improve the kitchen.

As I reflect on the last two months, I can scarcely believe how much we have done together.
In the event that you might be able to use a letter of reference, I jotted down the following history of how you successfully sold 621 Woodridge Circle and achieved a price that hit my goal.
In mid July, I mentioned to a long term friend that I was near the end of my preparation for selling our home. After living in Incline for close to 30 years, I had many doubts about the realtors that I had known here. She suggested that I contact Sabrina Gentner.
The reason she suggested Sabrina was because of her background in the community. She knew Sabrina as a teacher, a volunteer, and even as the leader of a Bible Study for college girls in Incline. She said that she did not know how long Sabrina had been a realtor, but said she was a very fine person and really knew the community.
I decided to find out for myself and called Sabrina.
Immediately, we met and developed a plan for the sale of our home. I had previously scheduled furniture pick up, a dumpster, and some serious cleaning for the floors in the home, so requested that we wait 10 days until these tasks were complete.
After those ten days, the house was ready and so was the paperwork. Sabrina had everything ready and scheduled. Within the same week, we were listed on the MLS and the Realtor's Open House was held. My recently deceased husband and I have had a great deal of experience with buying and selling homes. We had 12 rentals and 3 other personal homes that we sold.
