"Dear Sabrina, As I reflect on the last two months, I can scarcely believe how much we have done together. In the event that you might be able to use a letter of reference, I jotted down the following history of how you successfully sold 621 Woodridge Circle and achieved a price that hit my goal. In mid July, I mentioned to a long term friend that I was near the end of my preparation for selling our home. After living in Incline for close to 30 years, I had many doubts about the realtors that I had known here. She suggested that I contact Sabrina Gentner. The reason she suggested Sabrina was because of her background in the community. She knew Sabrina as a teacher, a volunteer, and even as the leader of a Bible Study for college girls in Incline.
